چکیده
The precision rotary vector reducer with involute variable tooth thickness (PRVT) is a high-performance transmission device, which very suitable for aerospace, medical machinery, industrial robots, automation equipment, and other fields, its torsional stiffness an important performance index. This paper establishes dynamics model of the whole machine based on Lagrangian method by considering gear meshing stiffness, damping, machining errors, influence different errors dynamic studied. results show that increasing distribution circle radius error crankshaft, crank angle crankshaft bearing hole carrier will cause peak-to-peak to increase. Therefore, should be controlled within reasonable range improve machine’s stability. An increase in rotation No. 1 beveloid has no notable impact value average stiffness. Similarly, significant effect research provide useful reference analysis PRVT.

Linear Thermoplastic Analysis of FGM Rotating Discs with Variable Thickness
This work presents thermoplastic analysis of FG rotating diskswith variable thickness and constant angular velocity. The solutions are obtained by variable material property (VMP) theory. In this theory, the domain is divided into some finite sub-domains in the radial direction, in which the properties are assumed to be constant and the form of the elastic response is used to solve elastic-plas...

Gear’s normal contact stiffness played an important role in the mechanical equipment. In this paper, the M-B fractal model is modified and the contact surface coefficient is put forward to set up the fractal model, considering the influence of friction, which could be used to calculate accurately the involute arc cylindrical gears’ normal contact stiffness based on the fractal theory and Hertz ...
متن کاملBuckling Analysis of Variable Stiffness Composite Laminates by Semi-Analytical Finite Strip Method
Plates made of laminated composite materials with variable stiffness can have wide applications in various branches of engineering due to such advantages as high strength /stiffness to weight ratio. In these composites, curved fibers are used to reinforce each lamina instead of the straight fibers. In this paper, the application of finite strip method for the buckling analysis of moderately thi...
متن کاملStiffness Matrices for Axial and Bending Deformations of Non-Prismatic Beams with Linearly Varying Thickness
Siffness matrices for axial and bending deformations of a beam having a rectangular cross sectional area of constant width and linearly varying thickness are developed. A consistant load vector for a uniformly distributed lateral load is also calculated, using the principal of potential energy. The matrices are used to obtain numerical results for a variety of beams with non-uniform thickness t...
